Carlye Greene

Start-up & Innovation Lead, Future of Work, Deloitte

Carlye Greene is the Future of Work Start-up and Innovation Lead at Deloitte Catalyst. In this role, she engages with startup founders, venture capital investors, and industry experts to connect solutions - focused on work, the workforce and the workplace - to the biggest problems facing large enterprises today. She also serves as the Chief of Staff to Catalyst leadership, where she supports the workforce and growth strategy for a team of innovative consultants in pursuit of bringing the startup world to Deloitte’s clients. Prior to her role at Deloitte, Carlye spent seven years at Capital One in a variety of roles, both in community affairs and tech, primarily focused on launching a number of tech + human-focused programs. She started her career at Motorola, in corporate philanthropy, where she developed philanthropic and volunteer programs to support STEM education initiatives and access for underrepresented groups, mainly women and girls. Carlye has spoken on social impact, learning and development, and tech inclusion at several conferences. She received her Master’s at DePaul University, with a degree in International Public Service Management and her undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison.
