Leveraging personal narrative regarding the challenges of taking care of ourselves while meeting the demands of our roles, the panel will discuss their career paths, and share how they've coped with stress and sustained their performance, as well as their hopes for the future (adapted for the current times as well). The key takeaway is that attendees are the CEOs of their lives and do not have to have it all/do it all - but do need to take care of themselves to do their best work and sustain high performance.
