Paula Cabrera-Ureña is the Vice President of IT User Experience at Bristol Myers Squibb. She is a strategic and energetic leader who exercises significant influence over the design, implementation, and operations of companywide digital capabilities leveraged by users across the BMS ecosystem. Paula is passionate about advocating for women in STEM and is the executive sponsor of the BMS chapter of Women in Technology International (WITI), and serves as a mentor in the Rutgers Douglass Residential College Program.
