Amy Huang has over 20 years of experience in commercial and government organizations across financial, health, education, and information technology industries. Currently, she is a Senior Manager, Onsite Technical Support at Marsh and McLennan Companies, leading 46 technology professionals supporting 5,800+ colleagues in 90+ locations in 4 countries. In all of her roles, Amy has served as a diversity and inclusion champion to create a culture of belonging where everyone’s potential can be unleashed. At MMC, she is a representative on the MGTI Diversity Council, Global Lead of the Buddy Program, Mental Health Champion and Global Ambassador for Lean In Circles. Previous roles at other organizations included LGBT Employee Resource Group president and vice president, recruiting chair, and social chair. Amy earned an MBA in Finance from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a BA in Chinese Studies and Economics from Wellesley College. She also holds ITILv3, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO) and PADI Advanced Open Water and Enriched Air certifications.
