Hillary Frank is a natural community builder and has been in Silicon Valley for the past two decades. She is currently working with the newly-formed USDigitalResponse.org, a non-profit aimed at accelerating government response to the COVID-19 crisis, focusing on marketing and communication and online community efforts. Previously, Hillary led Talent, Community, and Marketing at CRV (Charles River Ventures) for six years. In this role she helped transform the way in which VC firms provide services to their portfolio companies. She is also a founding member of the ICON Board, the Israeli Collaboration Network, a pre-seed stage incubator connecting Israeli startups to Silicon Valley. Hillary is also an active investor in J-Ventures. Previously, Hillary spent nearly a decade at Facebook and Google scaling the businesses pre-IPO in a variety of global operating and people management roles. She was primarily focused on Sales and Operations, Learning and Development, and People Operations.
