    Glass Ceiling Report 2.0 – Driving Accountability into DEI Standards and Best Practices
    This fall, WITI launched its Glass Ceiling Institute to impact policy and drive accountability in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in the workplace. The first phase of this initiative is a comprehensive research effort, Glass Ceiling Report 2.0, that will be used as data-backed evidence for establishing DEIA standards and best practices for the technology industry. This report includes the insights and experiences of more than 4,000 technology experts, executives, employees, and policy makers. In this session we will review preliminary findings of the study and invite Rene Redwood, Executive Director of the Presidential Glass Ceiling Commission, to discuss the impact of recent policy and legislation changes that will set new standards for hiring, retention, pay equity and workplace safeguards.
