Kim Roth joined Salesforce in 2011 and is the Director of Services Operations. Kim manages a team within the Customer Success Group that is focused on automating and optimizing Salesforce’s Professional Services systems and tools. She is also the Global President of the Salesforce Women’s Network, the oldest and largest of Salesforce’s 12 employee resource groups. The vision of the Salesforce Women’s Network is to achieve 50% women leaders at Salesforce. Kim is the recipient of numerous awards at her company, including Equality Ally and Compassionate Leader, for her work in leading equality initiatives.
