Lisa Pierosara is a Professional Certified Coach, facilitator & Team Effectiveness Advisor with a history of fostering career transformation, communications excellence, and leadership effectiveness. She has a particular focus and advocacy in supporting the advancement of women. Lisa has 25+ years of experience across corporate Canada and one of Canada’s top business schools, including a background in MarComm in telecom. She currently serves as Principal at Elevation Coaching GTA and is Co-Founder of Propelle Leadership, a boutique consulting firm that helps tech-driven organizations become inclusion leaders through a unique innovation methodology.
