Nandini Easwar is the CTO & Co-Founder at Speakfully where she is aiding and solving for workplace culture and mistreatment issues by building a modern, action-driven software product. Through her extensive career as a thought leader, her focus has been on humanizing tech solutions for a cause. Nandini has built teams across the globe and brought a wide range of software products to market. Prior to Speakfully, Nandini held a variety of leadership positions at Esurance where she was responsible for incubating and delivering a wide range of new technologies to the insurance market encompassing diverse domains such as billing, customer experience, claims and back-office support. She has also consulted with multiple startups in the emerging mobility and insurance space. She is a passionate proponent of women in STEM fields and supports access to diverse talents while enabling women to grow and learn to their fullest potential. Nandini holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Pune University and a Master’s Degree in Computer & Information Sciences from Temple University.
