Ramona Shaw’s mission is to develop high-performing leaders and teams people love to work for. Through coaching and training she helps managers strengthen their leadership behaviors, skills, and habits to reach new levels of performance, confidence, and impact in their roles. After graduating with a finance degree with cum laude distinction, Ramona entered the field of private equity and soon led key strategic projects and international teams in Switzerland and the United States as a VP of Client Services at a renowned global private equity firm. Ramona now specializes in designing and delivering coaching programs and workshops for leaders across the globe and is the founder of the Leadership Accelerator and the Leadership Circle programs. Because of her international background and global work experience, she has a unique understanding of cross-cultural challenges and demands. In addition, as a mother to 3 young children, she knows the additional challenges parents have in integrating both professional and personal priorities.
