After 20 years in the corporate sector, mostly in aerospace and defense, Deb Becker founded Becker Leadership Impact, a coaching and leadership company focused on developing leaders for incredible impact. As an experienced coach and dynamic leadership program facilitator, she creates environments where leaders at all levels of the organization can think, reflect, and identify new mindsets, approaches, and behaviors that enable them to lead more authentically, intentionally, and impactfully. She also leverages assessments, goal-setting frameworks, and neuroscience to support leaders on their journey. Deb has her MILR degree from Cornell University and a BA from Syracuse University. She is trained in the results-based coaching system, received her Coaching Certificate from Babson College, and is certified in numerous leadership assessments.
