Brooke Cartus is the Director of Business Development and Senior Facilitator with ImprovEdge. A graduate of the The Michael E. Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University, Brooke is a licensed attorney who has been published in numerous publications including the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice and the Huffington Post. A part of the 40 Under 40 Class of 2019 in Columbus, Ohio, Brooke collaborates with statewide and national organizations to discuss the importance of acknowledging unconscious bias in the workplace. She has facilitated public discussions on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with a wide range of organizations and individuals, including the NFL, and has spoken with the Simmons Leadership Conference with Michelle Obama. ImprovEdge is the recipient of the International Stevie Award for Most Innovative Business of the Year and the Athena PowerLink Award for outstanding woman-owned business and is a WBE.
