Amy Biesenthal is Senior Manager of Supply Chain Inventory Management for Walgreens. She is responsible for managing inventory for the Grocery & Household departments, leading a team of Demand and Supply Planners to optimize product availability and inventory productivity. After completing a summer internship at a Walgreens Distribution Center in 2004, Amy started her career in analytics and has utilized that foundation in various roles throughout Walgreens Supply Chain, including special project work, transportation operations, and most recently inventory management. Previously, Amy practiced corporate law, and continues her practice through pro bono work. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in German from The Ohio State University; she is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt in training).
