Kathy Tyra has over 25 years of Business Operations, Quote-to-Cash, Shared Services, and Supply Chain Executive Management expertise. She has a proven track record of successfully implementing major business transformations, reducing process complexity, and improving operating margins at leading high-tech companies. Kathy’s been at NetApp for 15-years; in her current role as VP, Workplace Resources and Real Estate, she is responsible for the company’s Worldwide Facilities, Real Estate, Travel and Safety and Security. In January 2020 she assumed responsibility for Crisis Management at NetApp and has been leading the company through their COVID-19 pandemic response. Previously, Kathy was VP of Operations at Aspect Communications and she started her career at Spectra-Physics in various supply chain management roles. She currently serves the Global Chairperson of NetApp’s Women in Technology (WIT) group, and is a recipient of the Silicon Valley YWCA Tribune to Women in Industry Award (TWIN).
