Grant Hume is a retired Senior Executive with significant North American and International experience in Tier 1 Sales Organizations. As a Senior Leader he has led sales culture transformations resulting in breakthrough Sales and P&L Performance. He has a proven track record of success of improving the customer experience at the Enterprise, Public Sector, and Mid-Market level. Grant's last role was Executive Vice President at Cable and Wireless Communications in the Caribbean region. Prior to this he served as North American Vice President of Sales for Direct Energy Business Services, Vice President Business Solutions at Telus, preceded by a successful 16-year tenure at Xerox Canada in progressive sales and sales leadership roles. Grant is a strategic thinker with demonstrated success in inspiring, building, and leading high-performing collaborative cross-functional teams through strategic initiatives and cultural change with a high level of vision, employee buy-in, and integrity.
