What roles can men have in creating positive change for women in technology? This unconventional panel offers guidance and points of view on taking strong steps forward in creating a culture of inclusivity and belonging. They'll provide practical information from their own experiences in being allies, while also discussing how to challenge and overcome systemic barriers. A major focus will be the concept of an "allyship continuum," along with strategies to shift from the apathetic end of the spectrum to action and advocacy in our daily lives and workplaces.
