Andrei Coso

Andrei is Northeastern University's Director of Partnerships in the San Francisco Bay area, where he focuses on building multi-threaded relationships with industry partners that both solve company talent needs and open up opportunities for Northeastern students. Previously, Andrei was an early member of the partnerships team at Udacity, a venture-backed education startup that teaches industry-relevant skills online. While there, he built partnerships to co-develop cutting-edge skills-based curriculum, raised millions in scholarships in funding, and built talent pipelines working alongside some of the most innovative companies in the world including NVIDIA, Amazon, Facebook, Google, and IBM. Before discovering his interest in tackling the skills gap at the intersection of education and industry, Andrei was a management consultant and corporate strategist.
