A Korn Ferry study predicts a global talent shortage of more than 85 million by 2030, resulting in about $8.5 trillion in unrealized annual revenues. In the tech industry alone, the U.S. could lose out on $162 billion worth of revenues annually, unless it finds more high-tech workers. No doubt, the pandemic has changed the way we work. And yes, technology has been the bedrock of our lives - professional and personal. We also proved that companies can continue to innovate, irrespective of where the talents are located.
