Experienced researcher with multidisciplinary expertise across microbiology, molecular biology, and plant pathology. Actively looking for job opportunities in plant biotechnology and microbe engineering.
My research interests include plant-microbe interactions and their application to agriculture. My expertise in diverse projects has provided me with the opportunity to translate in vitro molecular biology skills into applied biology from the greenhouse to the field.
Outside the lab, I am engaged in mentoring junior scientists in science outreach activities in the United States and Colombia. This has given a great opportunity to cultivate my leadership and communication skills.
