Krystal Rawls is an entrepreneur turned educator and author with more than twenty years of progressive management experience and repeated success in developing project initiatives, directing project plans, and achieving performance targets. Krystal, owner of Lekindracy group, LLC, is a recognized voice in workforce development practices. She is featured in ‘Growing Fairly: How to build opportunity and equity in workforce development’ and consults with Women in Technology International to inform equitable hiring practices in the technology industry. As an advocate and developer of innovative technologies she works with the Open Skills Network to engage in national skill building conversations and is a member of the RHETTA eTRUC Workforce Development Advisory Council (WDAC) to ensure the needs of the community and future workers are represented in the development of an electric truck charging station corridor in key trucking lanes. Dr. Rawls is committed to developing partnerships that help innovative tech organizations operationalize their talent pipeline diversification initiatives.
