In this session, we will present the key findings from The Glass Ceiling Report 2.0, which is the most comprehensive, quantitative and qualitative study of its kind on the continued obstacles to women's advancement in technology in corporate America. We will present both population data and analysis, as well as a review of the corporate barriers to women’s advancement and women’s journeys and motivations for working in corporations.
