Suzanne Montgomery
Vice President, Compliance & Chief Accessibility Officer, AT&T
Suzanne Montgomery serves as the Vice President, Compliance & Chief Accessibility Officer of AT&T. She leads a team of professionals responsible for developing AT&T’s strategy for compliance, managing AT&T’s compliance program, and preparing executive reports. As AT&T’s Chief Accessibility Officer, she is responsible for advocating accessibility inclusion in products, services, and employee resources, as well as accessibility advocacy internally and externally. Her team provides accessible design tools and accessibility expertise to product development and customer interaction teams throughout the company. Suzanne previously held a number of roles in AT&T’s Chief Compliance Office and Legal Department. She is passionate about employee engagement and development, and is an active participant, mentor, and advisor to several AT&T Employee Resource Groups. As well, Suzanne is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional and holds a certificate in Executive Data Science. She received her BA from Drew University and JD from Washington University in St. Louis. Suzanne is the 2020 Chair of the North Texas Ethics and Compliance Council and serves as Assistant Training Director for the Dallas Running Club.
