Patti Chrzan is Chief of Staff of Microsoft Customer Security & Trust, which includes the Threat Protection Intelligence Team who wrote the report on ransomware attacks (https://www.microsoft.com/security/blog/2020/03/05/human-operated-ransomware-attacks-a-preventable-disaster/). As a member of the executive leadership team in the Digital Crimes Unit, Patti has a key role in creating, developing, and landing strategic programs related to global cybercrime with a special focus on protecting vulnerable populations, fighting malware, and reducing digital risk. Patti engages with enterprise customers through the Cybercrime Center, driving education and threat protection strategies, and also trains Microsoft field teams on cybersecurity and Trusted Cloud. Previously, Patti held leadership roles in cross-industry solutions, financial services, marketing and sales.
