Change Management Strategist
Funke Iluyomade is a change management strategist who delivers transformational change on multi-million dollar programs, projects, and initiatives with diverse client groups within the Retail, Insurance, Transportation, Telecom, and Government industries. Using her experience in change and change leadership, Funke works with executives, business leaders and their teams to create meaningful and sustained change - through assessments of attitudes, readiness and capacity for change, involving impacted stakeholders in the change journey, identifying and understanding concerns, using creative engagement to drive buy-in and support, coaching and supporting individuals and teams, and identifying and overcoming the barriers to change. Funke holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Hull. She is also a PROSCI Certified Change Management Professional (CMP) and a Ziglar Choose to Win Certified Coach. Funke has also volunteered as a mentor for newcomers to Canada (Toronto). On a personal level, Funke enjoys the challenge of explaining “why change management†and why it’s much more than communications and training. She is known to be passionate about being intentional about habits, choices, and decisions as they determine our future.
