Jaimie Chan, Psy.D., is the founder and talent development consultant at Aerial Consulting Solutions, LLC. Aerial is a consulting and coaching company which offers leadership development, team assessment and development, selection assessment, and career coaching. It's based on personality science using the Hogan Assessment, the gold standard for talent acquisition and leadership development used by over half of the Fortune 500. Jaimie speaks on a variety of topics, including developing soft skills, emotional intelligence, and stress management while job searching. She was an active duty United States Air Force Captain and served honorably as a military therapist for four years. She earned her Master of Arts and Doctor of Psychology degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago.
