This seasoned executive will run through five practical tips based on both her own experience working full-time in a leadership position with children in full-time virtual school, as well as the collective experience of her colleagues across the VMware organization. Shanis Windland will describe why asking for help, changing one’s own expectations for what “good†looks like, and clear communication with families and employers can help everybody (not just women) to navigate the changing dynamics of our life’s many roles.
