Qi Gong teaches the skillful use of energy and is centuries old. Through gentle breathing, stretching, and movement, the practice is meditation in motion - not gentle exercise but a mindful tool and accessible to all. Rather than relying on your brain, we connect our heart / emotional center and our gut; so we use multiple intelligences for more valuable insights and choice of actions.
