This insightful session begins with IDC’s research around COVID-19’s devastating impact on dual-income families. Women have disproportionately put their careers on hold as families grapple with how to accommodate their children learning from home during the pandemic. While these impacts are felt across all industries, families, and society, the IT industry has been hit particularly hard. COVID-19 threatens to erase the hard-earned gains of the past decade toward gender parity in tech.
