Systemic or institutional racism has an adverse impact on the lives and well-being of people of color and is demonstrable and ever-present - denying access, opportunity, dignity, and equitable participation in society and the economy. What role do we each play in the perpetuation of inequalities, and what actions can we take as individuals to dismantle the policies and practices that produce the documented disparities based on the color or race of a person or community? This panel will provide uniquely informed perspectives.
