Purva Sule serves as Senior Vice President on the Wealth Management Digital Services team at Northern Trust. She is responsible for strategic partnerships, performance management, financial reporting, and talent development for the digital services team. With more than 20 years' experience in financial services with leadership roles focusing on business strategy, digital transformation, and fintech partnerships, Purva has a proven track record of leading high-impact, complex initiatives during 8 years at BMO, consulting experience at McKinsey, and execution experience as a co-founder of a research firm. She holds an MBA (with Honors) from Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad (IIMA), a globally top-rated business school in India. Purva has spoken at industry conferences organized by LendIt, Efma and BAI. She has also been published in the American Banker and the Bank on It podcast. Purva serves on the Board of Casa Central, the largest Hispanic social services agency in the Midwest; as a mentor at 1871, Chicago's leading tech incubator; and as an advisor to the Women's Business Development Center. She also acts as Strategic Advisor to Liv Labs, a health tech start-up focused on wellness solutions for women.
