Shalaya Shipman leads Strategic Business Development for Salesforce, reporting directly to the EVP & GM of Revenue Cloud and SMB Essentials. In her role, Shalaya empowers the acceleration and success of Black- and Brown-owned SMBs to grow and scale with Salesforce, the #1 CRM for Small Businesses. Through intentional programming and strategic partnerships, she has developed expertise in creating impactful strategies that connect entrepreneurs to innovative technology and business solutions. Her approach is deeply rooted in her personal commitment to closing the equity gap and cultivating economic empowerment in Black and Brown communities. Before joining the SMB team, Shalaya led product adoption for Platform Product Marketing. Prior to marketing, she led technology operations for Real Estate and Workplace Services where she built an Einstein Analytics app to help Salesforce and other Fortune 500 corporate real estate organizations make informed, data-driven decisions. Outside of Salesforce, Shalaya is the owner of her own small business, a boutique residential real estate brokerage firm.
