As the Vice President and Country Manager of Western Digital India, Supria Dhanda leads India's strategic charter and its expansion, key Customer Relationships, Government Relations, growth of Research and Development capability, Board of Director in Member companies and serves as the spokesperson for the corporate brand in India. Prior to her roles at Western Digital, she has worked with leading technology companies including General Electric, Alcatel-Lucent, and SanDisk, and has enjoyed being an Entrepreneur as well. Supria is fascinated by the potential of technology to solve some of our society's biggest challenges. She is an entrepreneur at heart, who loves new ideas that ignite a spark and carry the promise of changing the world. Being a strong advocate of Equality and Inclusiveness at the workplace, she believes that women are meant to have a seat at the table and make their voices heard. During her leadership, Western Digital has been recognised as one of the top 100 Best Companies to work for Women in India by Working Mother and Avtar in 2016 and 2019. Outside work, Supria is an Executive coach, passionate about people development and bringing out the best in them.
