With over 13 years of experience in Human Resource function, Shivani Reddy Nigudagi is a results-focused leader who is dedicated to designing and delivering end-to-end HR solutions that help businesses harness the full power of their most valuable asset - their people. She is currently based in Kuala Lumpur and leading the HR Business Partner team at TDCX Malaysia where she partners with over 20 diverse nationalities to drive key HR initiatives. Prior to joining TDCX Malaysia, Shivani worked with large multinational organizations across diverse industries including ecommerce, banking and financial services, education, and HR boutique consulting firms; this varied exposure has helped her transform HR processes and strengthen operational excellence in HR for sustainable growth. She completed her Master’s in HR and OD from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. She is a certified 6 Sigma Green Belt, SHRM - SCP, DiSC, Psychometric Testing Professional. Shivani is energized by continuous learning and sharing her learnings with others who may also benefit. She is passionate about Talent Development. She enjoys mentoring young leaders to help them refine and build skills for their career advancement.
