Roopashree HM
Global Director, Foundation IP & EDA, Texas Instruments
Roopashree began her career with Texas Instruments as a new college graduate, and has worked across multiple domains and held several leadership positions. Roopa has led teams on various aspects of VLSI design including Digital Libraries, High Speed IOs, DDR PHY, High Speed Memories and EDA. She currently leads the Global Foundation IP & EDA teams, where she is responsible for ensuring TI's products have the most competitive IP & Design Tools and Methodologies Roopa is very passionate about technology and leadership development. In 2018, she spearheaded the first Women in Technology Conference, IEEE-WINTECHCON, that brought together industry's top technical minds, and focused on showcasing innovations driven by women across technical fields. At TI, she has been involved in various talent development programs and is currently the Chairperson of TI India Women's Initiative Network. Apart from being a tech enthusiast, Roopa is also an avid reader who enjoys books on history, anthropology & science fiction. She lives in Bangalore with her husband and two kids.
