Anu Saroja is an applied AI manager and AI ethics lead at Deloitte. She specializes in applying statistical data analyses to large datasets, which includes data transformation, predictive modeling, and synthesizing inferences into visualization dashboards and reports. She has extensive experience in AML compliance, regulatory reporting, validating CCAR models, predictive modeling, data strategy and development of Automation Solutions. Anu also has deep expertise in customer analytics and market research, developing analytics-based go-to-market strategies and time series modelling for supply chain management. As AI ethics lead she advises teams on operationalizing ethics for enterprises. As a strong advocate for supporting women in AI, she has championed "Leading Conversations in AI" - a monthly meetup series bringing together influential women and AI experts from academia and industry to discuss top of mind AI topics. Anu holds a master's in data science and bachelor's in computer science and engineering.
