Business owner Rich Brenner began his journey into the healing arts, studying Restorative Hypnotherapy, Yoga, Meditation, and Energy and Vibrational therapies before settling on the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra as his specialty. After spending 40 years caring for people in the hospitality business, Rich brings the same compassion and love of people to his work in this practice.
