Systemic racism has an adverse impact on the lives and well-being of people of color and is demonstrable and ever-present - denying access, opportunity, dignity, and equitable participation in society and the economy. Is technology available that can be used to promote justice and equity as the counterbalance to systemic racism and White Supremacy? Are there interventions that can be activated or expanded to detect bias in artificial intelligence and in IoT?
