Ernanda White is Founder, CXO, and Executive Director of Black Girls Drone, with over 15 years of experience as an Entrepreneur, Technologist, and Thought Leadership in Academia, Business, Fashion, and Tech. She has served as an Advisor for technological advancements in school districts, an Advocate for equity and access to education in underserved communities, and an Educator to empower women-girls, young adults in emerging tech career development and continuing education. Forever philanthropic, she has volunteered her lifetime and fundraising to help implement social justice systems within disenfranchised communities. Some of Ernanda’ s current roles are: Drone Pilot Educator and Robotics/UAS subject matter expert, Vice Co-Chair of the NCTCOG UAS Training Working Group, Employment Partner to Redemption Bridge and the South Dallas Employment Project, Sub-Committee Member to the Dallas Promise, Dallas Independent School District STEM Partner, City of Dallas Summer Learning, Big Thought Partner, CAP Educator, and Chapter Co-Lead to Black Women Talk Tech (DAL-HOU-AUS Chapter). As well, Ernanda serves as Fashion Director / Brand Creative for the Belinda Gale Collection, her lifestyle boutique for women since launching her 2020 STEAM initiatives for Black Girls Drone Inc.
