Saadia Khilji

Saadia Khilji currently works as Head of API Integrations at MassMutual, where her team is responsible for providing integration services across the enterprise, being a critical player of digital and data transformation. Saadia previously worked at The Hartford Insurance Group, as Assistant Vice President, Application Development. There she led five persistent scrum teams and was accountable for development and implementation of technology to support Workers Compensation Claims. During this timeframe, she scaled her organization from one to ~40 high performing employees and also successfully led high profile digital and Machine Learning Operationalization initiatives. Saadia has a passion for learning new technologies and transforming teams towards success by delivering what is most valuable for business. A strong advocate of diversity and inclusion, she led the Asian employee network and held leadership position in the Women in Technology Program at The Hartford. Saadia holds an undergraduate in Software Engineering and a Master’s in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University.
