This insightful session will start with Michele Bailey (IDC GVP/GM & Research Fellow) sharing the brand-new research from WITI/IDC’s 2020 Women in Tech survey. This year’s survey focused on COVID-19’s impact on the workplace, the most important measurers of a successful job and career aspirations. After her presentation, Michelle will moderate a Panel Discussion of senior executives who will share their own experiences and observations. We will also have a brief Q&A session at the end, where attendees can ask questions about the research.
