In the fast-evolving world of software delivery, Agile frameworks like Scrum are becoming the default versus the exception. DevOps is no longer optional but a necessity. In these emerging areas, women are in the process of becoming more empowered and gaining visibility. What role can we play in mentoring women and facilitating this further? How can we start the process of becoming a thought leader in this space as well? This coaching circle explores these ideas through the speaker’s sharing of her experiences as the first woman taking on the role of Global DevOps and Agile Coaching Talent Community Lead in her organization, as well as a Professional Scrum Trainer with Scrum.org.
