Nomazwi Mhloma is an ICT Professional, a 2021 Finalist for Africa Women in Tech Award leader, and a strategist who has become well-respected in her line of work, by virtue of achievements, skills, and knowledge built on a strong 21-year ICT profession. Nomazwi has successfully implemented turnaround strategies through best practices and innovative thinking. She has traveled to countries including the USA, Singapore, Belgium, and Spain, gaining insights in her field, learning best practices, and extending her network of strategic partnerships. Nono holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), and is pursuing a Doctorate degree in Business Administration research on Digital Transformation. She has held managerial positions in South Africa's top local government departments and institutions such as eThekwini Municipality, University of Johannesburg, Transnet National Ports Authority, and Walter Sisulu University. Nomazwi is passionate not only about ICT Service Delivery, but is also a community builder who is passionate about women's development, especially in ICT. She has a remarkable talent for working in harmony with staff, communities, and various stakeholders in a manner that builds strategic partnerships.
