Our panelists are WITI Wellbeing teachers who will discuss the benefits of taking the time to pay attention to your body. Alyse Hart, Lotem Porat, Fred Sugerman, and Kim Linton. Session Moderated by Anna and Daniel Leighton. The WITI Wellbeing Center was created shortly after our cities went into lockdown and we started working from home. 5 days a week we offer classes designed to bring balance and awareness into your day. There are various mindfulness classes that help you shift out of your critical thinking mind into a relaxed flow state.
